MANILA, Philippines — Communications Secretary Martin Andanar is amused with the latest revelation of Peter Joemel Advincula, the man who claims to be “Bikoy,” that the Liberal Party (LP) and Sen. Antonio Trillanes IV were behind the narcolist videos.
The series of narcolist videos tagged President Rodrigo Duterte’s immediate family of being involved in the illegal drug trade.
“The turn of events have made this drama more interesting. Now its Bikoy’s words versus Sen. Trillanes and the Liberal Party’s. I’m going to the grocery to buy popcorn,” Andanar said in a text message Thursday.
Advincula surrendered on Thursday and claimed that the narcolist videos were “orchestrated” by the LP and Trillanes. (Editor: Jonathan P. Vicente)
