Indonesians will finally get to enjoy ‘It’s Showtime’ in Bahasa with segments of their own.
Nine years after debuting on Philippine television, ABS-CBN’s longest-running daily noontime variety show finally lands its first international franchise.
On Facebook, It’s Showtime executive producer Peter Edward Dizon proudly announced the groundbreaking feat by sharing a video posted by Indonesian media company MNCTV with the opening theme of It’s Showtime sung in Bahasa.

As of this writing, it is not yet clear whether or not the Indonesian franchise of It’s Showtime would carry local fan favorites such as Miss Q&A and Tawag Ng Tanghalan.
Hosted by Anne Curtis, Vice Ganda, Vhong Navarro, and Karylle among others, It’s Showtime airs Mondays to Saturdays on ABS-CBN.
